yourself with an official ASA badge. Speed badges, flashes and certificates are
available from the Desk at the end of each course. (Times taken from Club Championships and Time Trials).

Tadpole & Development Squads
There are a number of factors that determine progress through the Squads -
one of which are Gate Times. These are set by the Club's Senior Coach and whilst
there is no hard and fast rule that achievement in one or more of these times
will allow automatic promotion to a higher squad, they do provide a clear target
for each swimmer. As a guide:
- Tadpoles to Development - 1 Silver and 2 Bronze
- Development to Junior - 2 Golds (including one Freestyle) and 2 Silver
