Please could I ask all parents to remind their swimmers to report to the Team Managers on arrival and departure poolside so they can all be registered as having arrived/departed from the venue on each day.

| WITHDRAWALS: |
Any withdrawals up to the DEADLINE of 7.00 a.m. on Saturday, 20th December can be notified via this LINK. It would also be helpful if you keep me in the loop so I can ensure the Team Manager Attendance Lists are kept as up-to-date as possible -this will also help ensure they do not spend time hunting for swimmers who are no longer attending. Any withdrawals after the above deadline must be completed on a withdrawal form available at the Tech Desk poolside, so you will need to message the coaches with any withdrawals. Alternatively, please complete the Poolside Withdrawal Form (click link to open) and get your swimmer to hand it in to the Tech Desk or the poolside coaches on arrival. All withdrawals should be made prior to the start of Warm Up for each session. |

| MEDALS: | There are no official medal presentations - swimmers should collect their medals once the results have been published. |
| ACCESS TO POOLSIDE: | Parents are reminded that on no account should they go poolside. This is a safeguarding issue and you will be asked to leave. |
| POOLSIDE BAGS: |
Swimmers are reminded that large kit bags and coats must be stored in lockers in the changing area. The Lockers require a £1 coin which is refundable. The meet is full and it will be tight for space poolside.
